This product is a physical SIM card, not an eSIM. It is packed and shipped to your physical address. It cannot be delivered via QR code or email. Please ensure your delivery address, recipient name, and phone number are correct during checkout.

Can I renew and keep this physical SIM card for long-term use?

Yes. All of these physical SIM cards support ongoing top-ups through the carrier's official app or website, and most let you keep the same number as long as you meet the carrier's minimum periodic usage.

When does the plan activate?

Does this physical SIM card support hotspot sharing (tethering)?

Yes, most of our physical SIM cards support mobile hotspot sharing by default, allowing you to share data with other phones, tablets, or laptops. Please make sure your device supports hotspot functionality and that network settings are configured correctly.

Does this card require Real-Name Registration?

Real-name registration requirements vary by country and carrier: some cards are ready to use plug-and-play without registration, while others require simple registration via the carrier's website or app before use. The exact registration steps, if any, are clearly printed on the outer packaging of the SIM card and sent via email.

How long does shipping take and how do I track my order?
