APEX is a blank card for the SIM slot, for phones without built-in eSIM. The product page says the card includes no data. A compatible profile has to be bought and written onto it. It is not a travel card that connects when you insert it. Options and price are on the APEX page.
The four steps on the product page
1Install EasyEUICC
Writing uses EasyEUICC, the app the product page names. It is not a page in your account here.
2Insert the APEX card
Use the phone's physical SIM slot. This card does not use Settings → Add eSIM, which is the built-in eSIM path.
3Grant what the app asks for
The product page says to grant the required permissions. Without them, writing does not start.
4Write a compatible profile
The product page says to scan or import a profile. The profile has to be one this card and this app accept. The page does not say every travel-eSIM QR code can be written here, so do not assume the QR code in our travel-eSIM email works on this card.
If the card has arrived and the app does not see it, use contact with the order number and the phone model. A physical SIM is not returnable once sold. A confirmed defect is replaced. See the refund policy.
