Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-09-10

This document explains what data we collect, why, who we pass it to, and what you can ask us to do. We only collect what is needed to complete your purchase and support it afterwards.

1.What we collect

This is everything we actually store. There is nothing else.

  • Account details: the email address you register with. Passwords are stored as hashes by our authentication service — we cannot see the plaintext and cannot recover it for you, only reset it.
  • Orders and cart: the plans you chose, quantities, amounts, order status and timestamps.
  • eSIM activation credentials: the profile details issued to you (such as ICCID and QR contents). These are the product itself; we have to keep them so you can view them on the order page whenever you need.
  • Payment references: the transaction ID and status returned by the payment provider. No card numbers.
  • Contact form content: the name, email and message you choose to send us from the contact page.
  • Language preference: which interface language you selected.

2.What we do not collect

Listing what we don't do matters just as much for your decision.

  • We do not collect your card number, CVV or payment credentials — the payment provider handles those on its own pages.
  • We do not collect phone numbers; a data-only plan does not need one.
  • There is no third-party ad network or behavioural analytics on this site, and no advertising tracking cookies.
  • We do not request contacts, location or photo permissions — this is a website and does not need them.

3.Why we process it

There are only four purposes: fulfilling your order and delivering the eSIM; supporting you when you check an order or request a refund; sending email tied directly to a transaction (provisioning notices, password resets); and detecting and blocking abuse and fraud.

We do not use your email address for marketing.

4.Who we share it with

The following providers touch the relevant data so the service can run. Each one receives only the part it needs for its own step.

  • Database and authentication host: stores the account, order and credential data above.
  • Payment provider: processes your payment and receives the order amount and reference.
  • Upstream eSIM supplier: receives the plan code and an order identifier so it can provision your line.
  • Email delivery provider: delivers transactional email, receiving your address and the message content.
  • Application hosting platform: runs this site and keeps server logs (including IP and request path) for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

5.Cookies

This site uses two kinds of cookie only: the session cookie required to keep you signed in, and a preference cookie recording your interface language. Neither is used for cross-site tracking or shared with third parties.

Because there are no advertising or analytics cookies, there is no cookie consent banner either — not an oversight, there is simply nothing here to ask consent for.

6.How long we keep it

We keep your account and order data for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account, but completed transaction records may need to be retained for a period for accounting reconciliation and fraud prevention, and that part cannot be deleted along with the account.

The exact retention period has not been settled. We are not going to state a number of days here that is not yet implemented in the system.

7.Cross-border processing

The providers above may process this data on servers outside your own country or region. Using this site means you understand that.

8.What you can ask us to do

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your account. Please send the request through our contact page from the email address you registered with — we need that to confirm the request is really from you.

If we cannot honour part of a request (for example the transaction records mentioned in the previous section), we will tell you why rather than simply not reply.

9.Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top of this page changes with it. If the change materially affects how data is used, we will notify registered users by email.
